Simulation and search for human review

This prototype links anomaly detection, route optimisation, and a feedback module that helps experts inspect proposed evacuation advice. A simulation identifies slow-moving roads, searches for alternative routes, and analyses which evacuees receive different instructions. The demonstration improves evacuation throughput, but the authors describe a proof of concept whose speed, behavioural realism, and robustness to noncompliance need further work.
