A rigorous evaluation plan for digital parenting

This protocol sets out a three-arm cluster randomised trial of early-childhood support in Peru. It compares a messenger-based digital platform, home visits and a control group; the protocol reports 2,471 caregiver–child pairs across 164 clusters. The planned evaluation covers child development, caregiver outcomes, reach and cost-effectiveness. It describes the study design and reports no treatment-effect findings.
